đŸ€— $149 flights to Europe

Fly to Europe for cheap this summer. Plus, score a ton of Delta miles, and take advantage of a major points-buying bonus

Gooood morning! How many of you can relate to this meme? 😅

Not a care in the world.

For me, there are a couple of takeaways

  1. Fortunately, I love my job (it’s not suffocating).

  2. Thanks to miles and points, I/you/we shouldn’t have to worry about our bank account taking too hard of a hit.

And speaking of miles and points
Let’s get to the goods from this past week.

✅ Check out this 15% transfer bonus from MR Points to Avianca LifeMiles.

✅ Just book it! This week’s YouTube video features some of the Daily Drop and FareDrop team who sat down to chat about their miles, points, and travel journeys.

✅ Hyatt is offering 15% discounts on cash stays all around the world!

✅ Bless your ears with this week’s podcast, which covers the ins and outs of medical and trip protection insurance while abroad.

🏆 Favorite pick of the week: Buy Avianca miles with a 155% bonus!

Folks, that percentage is not a typo!

But I get it. Buying points costs money
and that’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

However, with a bonus this big, you can actually score a TON of value for the price.

To unlock the 155% bonus tier, you’d need to buy a minimum of 50,000 miles, which comes out to just over $1,600
but you’re actually purchasing over 130,000 miles because of that insane bonus 😳

That is a lot of miles. A LOT.

And by footing a bill of $1,600 upfront, you’ll be saving THOUSANDS of dollars on future flights whose cash value would far exceed what you paid to buy the miles.

If you want some specific examples of how to use these miles for SEVERAL international flights, and even a tasty redemption for ANA’s business class across the Pacific

Mike does all of this in Friday’s newsletter 😊

đŸ„‡Earn a TON of Delta miles right now

Delta has been in the spotlight for a while, and not for the right reasons

*Cue all The Bachelor fans*

And that’s because we’ve seen a significant devaluation in their program, but
they’re trying to claw us back by offering a đŸ’© ton of miles right now.

And how are they doing that? With elevated welcome offers on their credit cards.

I’ll admit—I’m a sucker for a good welcome offer.

Sometimes, trying to find an award redemption on a Delta flight is just insane because of the number of miles it requires.

However, you can still find some pretty darn good redemptions on shorter, international routes—like this one from Chicago to Mexico City for 10,000 miles. Not bad!

Having a bunch of Delta miles also works in your favor because Delta is part of SkyTeam—one of the major alliances that includes airlines that fly all over the world.

Think KLM, Air France, Virgin Atlantic, Korean Air, and more.

So if you’re a Delta die-hard and you don’t have one of their credit cards, now is an excellent time to apply for one while these elevated offers are live!

đŸ„ˆ Norse Atlantic is offering $149 flights to Europe this summer

If you’ve never heard of Norse Atlantic Airways before, it should definitely be on your radar.

It’s a Scandinavian low-cost, long-haul carrier offering fantastic non-stop routes from the U.S. to Europe.

And apparently, it’s their second birthday!

Unlike a toddler in the thick of the “terrible two’s,” Norse is not throwing a tantrum. Rather, they’re celebrating by offering a birthday sale with flights to Europe starting at just $149Â đŸ€Ż

These prices are during PEAK SUMMER TRAVEL, which is crazy.

And they’ve got some great routes on offer:

  • LAX to London Gatwick, Oslo, and Paris

  • Miami to London Gatwick and Oslo

  • New York (JFK) to Athens, Berlin, London Gatwick, Paris, and Rome

  • Orland to London Gatwick

Here’s an example route from JFK to Rome with a ton of $149 flights available 👇

And if you don’t mind sweating through your shirt in the Italian summer heat, then this is a fantastic way to get to the land of la dolce vita this summer 😎

Keep in mind that because Norse is a low-cost carrier, you’ll be expected to pay some additional fees for your luggage and seat selection.

Overall, I think this is a great option if you’re looking for a budget way to get to Europe this summer.

But act fast—you have until June 18th to book!
